It's just not how it currently is; currently all tags have wicket-
removed except for the panel reference tag. We should choose one
(default) and implement it consistently.

While the id's of components like labels have the
wicket prefix removed (e.g. <span
id="wicket-myLabel">blah</span> renders <span
id="myLabel">blah</span).
This is not the case for panels.
E.g. <div id="wicket-header"/> will render to:
<div id="wicket-header"/><wicket:region name="panel"> ...
while it should be:
<div id="header"/><wicket:region name="panel"> ...
