Yeah, that's another thing that isn't clearly documented. In Wicket 1.0,
you need to explicitly include a CSS definition in the head section of
the page where you want the tree. See 'nested' of Wicket examples.
Wicket does not have 'native' javascript/css support in 1.0. In 1.1 (or
CVS HEAD), Wicket does have that, so if you wouldn't work on HEAD, you
wouldn't have to include anything except the component itself.
