yes I agree, it seems to be a common problem for people migrating from 1.0 to 1.1, which is why the exception message is like
"If the root exception says something like "A child with id '_header' already exists" then you most likely forgot to override autoAdd() in your bordered page component." May be it is my english. How can it be more clear what the error is and what to do about it. Any suggestions for re-phrasing it?
