autolinks at least until now are limited to all tags with href
attributes. And you are right, the only thing autolink does is to
create a Resource and bind it. This of course can be done manually as
well. If I were you I'd put it into something like ScriptLink for
later reuse. And I agree we should add something like to core or at
least extension.
