[Wicket-user] Enabling Component Checking?

I was reading the Lifecycle document at http://www.wicket-wiki.org.uk/wiki/index.php/Lifecycle.  It says "If the Application for the Page has component checking enabled in its ApplicationSettings, checks that each component rendered."  Is this still done?  If so, where is it enabled now?
