I see, I changed the path to be absolute in the JS,  "/1/niftyCorners.css"
now it works...

The complete url is not
http://xxxxxxxx.com:8080/1/meetmoi/niftyCorners.css but it is just:
niftyCorners.css <http://xxxxxxxx.com:8080/1/meetmoi/niftyCorners.css>
and because of that the browser sees it is relative and makes prepends it
what is the page url.
