Errr, you just said what to do right there. ;-)

   add(HeaderContributor.forCss(
       "css/branding/" + YourSession.get().getClientName() + ".css"
   ));

That's for context-relative stuff (if you're using 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT you'll 
need a fairly up-to-date version).

I.e. put your CSS files in:
   src/main/webapp/css/branding/WidgetsIncorporated.css
   src/main/webapp/css/branding/SproketsCorp.css

Or you can use package resources, obviously.

It's that simple, unless I'm missing your intent.
