I think you can just use iframe tags and do something like this:

add(new WebMarkupContainer("iframe")
{
        protected void onComponentTag(ComponentTag tag)
        {
                super.onComponentTag(tag);
                tag.put("src", "http://wicketframework.org/";);
        }
});

or

add(new WebMarkupContainer("iframe").add(new SimpleAttributeModifier("src",
                "http://wicketframework.org/";)));
