Dear Sir, I am calculating effective mass of electron using the procedure as provided in https://www.mail-archive.com/wien@zeus.theochem.tuwien.ac.at/msg16786.html and I calculate electron effective mass. But when i follow the same procedure to calculate the hole effective mass the difference is very large with the references.
Is there any different procedure other then electron effective mass? Thanks Ajay Singh Verma
