Dear All, As a part of our efforts to make contributing to Wikimedia more sustainable, Matthew Vetter and I are starting a colloquium series about grantmaking, also trying to identify and send around grants that are potentially relevant for community members. -- The first colloquium in the series is *this Friday, 2PM UTC, *we are going to: - introduce the program - have short remarks from WMF employees about what their teams are doing in this regard (e.g., how they find grants, how to find potential partners in the community) - talk about a few specific grants and - do introductions and meetings in small groups Please register here <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Event:STRENGTHEN1> to get the zoom link. We definitely do not have 109 grants for people to apply to, so help here would be greatly appreciated.
