Medicine wiki was one of our first wikis, and it was multilingual. Many of the first contributors were from the Spanish Wikipedia, so it's not strange that many articles were in Spanish. In 2007 I created a spanish version on medicina.wikia.com and moved those articles but the founder wanted to review if all articles were exported before delete them.
