I think a few wikis already do something like that, simply using a wiki page. For example, http://lucid.wikia.com/wiki/LucidWiki:Visitor%27s_Book or http://earthenring.wikia.com/wiki/Guestbook Wikipedia used to do it <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:New_user_log/December_2007> and I don't recall the reason for discontinuing it. There's also the guestbook Wikia where users do nothing other than leave signatures for others. http://guestbook.wikia.com/ Do you think it needs any special features that can't be done on a standard wiki page?
