please add the following namespace aliases:
P: for NS-100 (Portal:)
PD: for NS-101 (Portal Diskussion: - Portal talk:)
WD: for NS-5 (Wikipedia Diskussion: - Wikipedia talk:)
BD: for NS-3 (Benutzer Diskussion: - User talk:)
Please also run the magic stuff to assign existing pages the new namespace, all
pages starting with the new aliases are redirects to the proposed namespaces.
