Raised importance because of copyright problems, but reduced priority because
there are workarounds and such imports are mostly improper in the first place.

Anyway, if we ever decided to take care of this, I think that the technical
solution would be to show imported edits in a different way in the history and
to hide them from Special:Contributions. This shouldn't be too difficult but
could be expensive for the database, I guess.
