--- Comment #1 from Brion Vibber <br...@wikimedia.org> 2011-11-20 19:03:45 UTC --- I can confirm on Firefox 8 / OS X 10.7.2; it looks like scrolling while the mouse is hovering over the link causes it to hide/reshow the box or something very quickly, leading to the jumping. Moving the mouse off of the link lets me scroll -- but if I move the mouse outside of the popup box, the box disappears. Pretty ouchy; this should probably not try to be so clever with popups.
