Remove the 'Help improve this article' title from AFTv5 'Edit this page' CTA.
This title should not appear in any call to action.
In place of this title, the confirmation message should appear at the top of
the form (Thanks! Your feedback has been saved.)
Note there is no direct link for this CTA. You have to complete one of the
three feedback forms to see it. But it is a key deliverable.
