Advanced recent changes can be enabled with Preferences / Recent changes /
Enhanced recent changes (though I think it has been the default for quite a
while). When disabled, every change is a different line in the RC, and the "m"
marks appear as they should. When enabled, multiple edits to the same page are
collapsed into a single item and can be revealed by a mouse click. The "m"
marks appear before the revealed items, bot not before the single items. E. g.:
Old-style recent changes:

Page2
Page3
Page4
m Page3
Page4
Enhanced recent changes, expected result:
m Page1
Page2

m edit2
> Page4

Enhanced recent changes, actual result ("m" missing in first row):
