Changing line 911 on SF_FormEdit.php to read:
$saveResultCode = $editor->internalAttemptSave( $resultDetails )->value;
Appears to fix the problem. Apparently the return class of the editor write
functions were changed to "class Status" in a recent MediaWiki release. Note
that this fix is probably not backwards compatible...
