I disagree with this bug being invalid (hence re-opening) - comment 2 certainly
gives a work around, but I still think that

should give a list of files in use (Or we should have a good reason why not
to). Potentially the list of usages at the bottom (of the target) should even
include a link to usages via redirect if applicable.
