Between adding a suffix index (which may or may not ever be feasible, but is
certainly covered by other bugs), adding <bdo> (which might be covered under
the expand allowed HTML list bug), I can't see a huge use case here. Partially
because of the reasons I mentioned, and partially because of comment #8, I'm
going ahead and being bold with a WONTFIX.
