The global message delivery bot doesn't support LiquidThreads. Either does the Wikimedia Foundation currently, for that matter. ;-) It looks like <https://fr.wikibooks.org/w/index.php?title=Wikilivres:Le_Bistro&action=edit> actually has some JavaScript in it that auto-redirects users back to the view window if they click the edit tab and there's a large note in the edit window saying "<!-- NEVER EDIT THIS PAGE -->".
