Hi Ryan.
I'll try to create a patch against the trunk. Will get back to you on that.
The "LDAP_MATCHING_RULE_IN_CHAIN" matching rule seems to only be available for
Windows 2003 SP1.
Didn't find any obvious way to probe for the existence of that matching rule,
but we could maybe figure out the Windows version, and from there on assume
whether the matchine rule is present or not?
