Without the redirect rules being setup, there is little point having shorturl
enabled (imho). You're going to end up with
https://ta.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ShortUrl/abcd123 which is better than
what would be there already, but I'm not sure

Ignoring that, setup on the various wikis is a simple task and would only take
a few minutes to do
