This has been implemented in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#change,6361. I'm not sure there's actually any conflict between the new page 'reviewing' and revision 'reviewing' (in the sense of FlaggedRevs). They are similar processes and will probably eventually have similar interfaces to deal with them. I would support eventually merging 'autopatrol' with 'autoreview' and merging 'patrol' with 'review' in the userrights if the community would support it.
