What's the problem with toggling a few display="none" properties? We would like
to use the mw-collapsible stuff (which I belief is based on the jQuery stuff
discussed here) in the German Wikipedia but we can't because of the crappy,
broken, distracting, time-wasting animations (also see bug 31832). Remove the
animations please or make it opt-in (via class="mw-collapsible-animated") and
all problems are gone.
