W and Y are added to achieve minimum key stroke. This was there before Narayam
implementation.

Yes. Old script was fine tuned to balance between phonetical & minimum keys.

Please add these too,
W = ಔ
Y = ಐ
Ydu = ಐದು
kY = ಕೈ
kW = ಕೌ
WShadhi = ಔಷಧಿ
nAkYdu = ನಾಕೈದು
ಗೌತಮ್ = gWtam
