I've never claimed that, it was an if..then.

In my web experience it usually is not although some servers (and browsers) are
smarter than others, but opinions aren't of much use, is there a standard
defined for this? What is the default/most common apache configuration? Until
someone checks this, the bug can't be closed WFM.
