You and I differ on the role of one-right user groups (or even "single issue" user groups). But with groups like http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListUsers&group=uploader it seems pretty clear that the current situation isn't optimal. You think it's a "non-issue" to go around cluttering rights logs (and watchlists and the UserRights form) with more groups (you implemented the AbuseFilter group, after all), but I think most others would disagree.
