That´s correct. However, I have changed the icelandic alias for that on wikidata.org at Wikidata:Aliases for special pages. There are three aliases for Special:ItemByTitle, per Jeblad´s suggestion and the icelandic ones are: Special:HluturEftirTitli, Special:HluturEftirTungumálatengli and Special:HluturEftirVefsvæðistengli. I am not sure when Jeblad is going to push that change to gerrit.
