Per the standardised naming conventions at
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mailing_lists/Standardization, this list, if
created would be wikipedia-ar-adm...@lists.wikimedia.org.
However, we are generally against creating private mailing lists for admin
unless there is a particular good reason for it. Please can you link me to an
on-wiki discussion about this, if it exists with reasoning for the creation of
this list?
