This is not strictly-speaking a MediaWiki issue, as the CollapsibleTables
javascript is not core code. However, it is true that Vector does seem to have
implemented a lot of breaking changes, some of which don't seem to have a good
rationale. I expect that people's javascript is choking on something
beforehand and never gets to the stage of running the CollapsibleTables JS.
