The Micro Design Improvements team has done some work on cleaning up the area
below the edit window (cf.
<https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Micro_Design_Improvements&oldid=600253#Current_project:_Improve_the_organization_of_information_in_the_edit_mode>).
These changes have been implemented for only the Vector skin and only for the
English Wikipedia. This is a tracking bug to move these improvements out to
other sites and skins.
