A user testing out the course pages on en.wikipedia experienced this database
error when trying to enroll as a student:
MySQL error: 1062: Duplicate entry '13769342' for key 'ep_students_user_id'
(10.0.6.73)
He tried a second time and was able to enroll successfully.
