The lists of online and campus volunteers at Special:CampusAmbassadors and
Special:OnlineAmbassadors should include, in the dynamic link bar at the top,
links to Special:CampusAmbassadorProfile for users with the ''campus
volunteer'' right, and to Special:OnlineAmbassadorProfile for users with the
''online volunteer'' right.
For users with both rights, link to both profiles should appear on either
ambassador list.
