The page itself says "This tool may not work correctly in browsers older than
Internet Explorer 8".
I am not sure if PageTriage is not intended to be working for <IE8 but if so
please mark this as WONTFIX, otherwise it would be helpful to list the
reason(s) why it can't work with old browsers so an attempt to fix can be done
if possible at all.
