On an android device with a small screen:
1. Open Commons App
2. Select an image to upload (from gallery or take one with camera)
3. On 'Upload to Commons Screen' where you enter the Title and Description turn
your device so it is in landscape mode.
Result: The 'Upload' button is not shown as it is in portrait mode.
