This is very good news.
current mwlib rendering is completely (well, almost completely: enough to be
unusable) borked on RTL wikis. iirc, someone said once something about "not
having access to appropriate free hebrew fonts", but the whole page was mangled
with RTL, regardless of the super-ugly fonts. i sure hope that switching to API
rendering will fix this too.
