I'm trying to understand bug 46282 and bug 46144: I ignore wikibugs and
gerrit-wm doesn't seem too spammy to me. It turns out that they're equally
chatty, except that how many information their messages bring varies.
Surely, however, the worst offender is bug 43130 (CC modifications spam) and
maybe some other categories can be filtered too. However, bot messages are
already a minority.
Messages in 2013 on #mediawiki:
