I believe I already said as much somewhere around here, but wikibugs _is_
producing more noise lately, as it was broken by the recent Bugzilla upgrade
and nobody has fixed it (or deployed the fixes to it, I can't remember). Right
now, wikibugs is reporting CC changes, when it used to not report those.
