Although I am an admin in kshwiki,
http://ksh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Affshtemme/tally/17?uselang=en tells me
that I have to be an admin in order to perform that action.
I am not striving to count votes ;-) but suggest the message to be reworded.
