I have added the site to the database, as well as its basic settings in
InitiliseSettings. It also has DNS, but is not displaying properly when
navigating to the site.
As the path is set in InitiliseSettings, as well as a wildcard for
*.labs.wikimedia.org in apache, I am not yet sure why the rest is not working,
still looking into it.
