Sorry for the lack of response; I reviewed this bug quite a few times in the
months since it was reported, and each time was unable to reproduce (but quite
clearly this was a repeatable bug, given the screenshot and two independent
reports).
This was not a 'blocker' in the sense that we use it, though obviously for a
(seemingly very small) number of installations/situations it was a serious bug.
Glad to hear that it works for you now; unfortunately, as we don't know what
the root cause was, we can't proove that it's not going to re-occur. Thus I
feel it would be inappropriate to assign it as "FIXED", so I will instead mark
as "WORKSFORME".
