Controls for importing, exporting, comparing, and scheduling regular
synchronization between wikis.
Any imported pages or revisions must be tagged with the identity of the foreign
wiki, information about the import event, and so on.
Filtering may be by path, modified date, or other criteria.
Merging must not require a common ancestor.
