The show/hide link isn't salient to the question.
In most places "show/hide" is visible, the edit is always visible to all; the
show/hide in bold indicates some fields are hidden.
In contributions though, the edit may _not_ be visible to others (as opposed to
visible with hidden fields). It needs to be much easier to see when looking at
a suppressed item in a list of contributions, whether the username/IP field is
suppressed/deleted, in which case the entire entry will not be visible to
others.
