Agreed with comment 8. The special characters insertion tool in WikiEditor is
very convenient when editing articles about topics that involve other scripts
or diacritics. Not providing such a tool in VisualEditor would seriously reduce
VE's usefulness, and would certainly provide a compelling reason to use the
source editor much more often than otherwise necessary.
