Currently, the default text of the message is
"You have successfully saved your changes to filter $1."
It could be improved to something like
"You have successfully saved [[Special:AbuseFilter/history/$1/diff/prev/$2|your
changes]] to [[Special:AbuseFilter/$1|filter $1]]."
where $2 would be replaced bu the change id.
