I had modeled this off the sample bug reports linked at:
commons:Help:Server-side upload . I was inferring that simpler was better, and
was planning to add the information you discuss manually. But if it's better to
include it in the initial request, I am happy to do that.
(I'd like to get this dialed in, because there will be further sessions to
upload; and I'd like to be able to provide clear instructions about how to
proceed, so that others with less experience can take up this task.)
Anyway, here's info for the additional fields. Anything I'm missing? (I will
likely refine and adjust categorization, so this component may change in future
requests.)
