As far as this bug is concrned simply this bug intends/requests for basic feature requirement provide ULS input method selection at VE tool bar. sans any icons . As of now ULS icons have not been understood by 60% of targeted new user group.VE tool bar is right in front of eyes I can select every thing including intended language input from VE tool bar itself before I start editing, this I am looking for .
