When an article doesn't have a text match CirrusSearch's summary code is funky
and only works for space delimited languages.
https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch/issues/1171 will allow us to let
Elasticsearch provide the summary. We should use it when we upgrade to a
version of Elasticsearch with that feature merged.
