Shows an example of weird/incorrect change rates!
On the grantmaking dashboard, the change rates shown on the top left of the
different graphs on Limn are incorrect. This is either because (a) they are
calculating incorrectly or (b) the dates are displaying incorrectly.
this might be a function of the fact the data feeding these graphs is DAILY
instead of MONTHLY as the broader WMF dashboard is.
